Without prejudice to your rights of access and other rights in relation to your personal information under applicable law, Lanctôt will use best efforts to investigate your concerns after we receive your inquiry and make the necessary corrections, additions and/or deletions.

Lanctôt will retain your personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Statement unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Lanctôt will delete your personal information after a reasonable time, given the purposes for which your personal information are held, unless it is appropriate or necessary to keep your personal information. It may be necessary for Lanctôt to retain your personal information even after you have closed your account if retention is reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations, meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce other legal agreements. Lanctôt may charge CDN $5.00 for each request of information.
